COVID-19 Updates

We Are Open!

Though things are changing by the minute with the release of new research surrounding Covid-19, we remain open to help serve our patients and community during this time. Dental practice restrictions have now eased to Level 1, which means we are now able to perform all treatments in our practice, including dental cleans.

Your oral health is our number one priority and as oral health directly relates to overall health, we feel it is our duty to continue to see patients and provide the care and treatments that you need.

Rest assured we are taking additional steps because of the Covid-19 (see below) on top of our already stringent infection policies.

  • Strict practice in disinfecting surfaces around the clinic like pens, doorknobs after each patient, Eftpos machine, waiting room chairs and reception counter.
  • Antibacterial hand gel sanitisers located in the reception area.
  • Social distancing in the waiting area.
  • Strict patient appointment confirmations to avoid potential carriers.
  • Strict staff monitoring (Staff are not allowed to attend work if they are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with anybody that has been overseas).

We kindly appreciate that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a fever, cough or flu-like symptoms or if you have returned from overseas / interstate in the last 14 days or have been in contact with anybody who has been.

Together we can make an incredible impact on combating Covid-19—and potentially save lives.

We look forward to seeing you again soon!
